Day 8: Your workout routine.
my gym workout routine..
i try to do 20 minutes stepper and then 10-15 minutes on the tread mill. I usually dont have enough time though. I do weightlifting. and go through a set of exercises. and then at the end.. i stretch
Day 7: Who knows about your weight loss journey? What do they think about it?
only the weightloss community on tumblr lol. my sisters think im on a diet and think it’s stupid..but then again theyre like 11 and 8
Day 5: Why do you really want to lose this weight? Who are you doing this for?
i want to lose weight, so i can be confident. even though my body is half decent right now, i just dont feel confident in my own skin.

gaining all of it right back..oh goodness -.-

I dont really have a reward..but i told myself that i would use the mall gift card i got after losing 10 more pounds

I’m 5’3. There’s good points and points i dont like about my height. i hate my height cuz that means i can only do certain stuff„because i’m not tall enough. But i also like my height cause it’s cute :)
